Shopframe ("we", "us") builds and hosts websites for brick-and-mortar businesses. This policy describes what we collect on shopframe.app and on the demo sites we host here, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you submit. When you fill out a form (reserving a site, requesting a quote, or contacting us), we collect what you type — typically your name, business name, phone, and email — along with the page it was submitted from.
• Technical basics. When a form is submitted we also record the time, your IP address, country, and browser user agent, to prevent spam and abuse.
• Analytics and ad attribution. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand site use. When you arrive from an advertisement, we may retain campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers (such as UTM parameters, gclid, or fbclid) so a completed signup can be attributed to the correct campaign. These tools may set cookies or collect device information as described in those providers' policies.
• Checkout and subscription records. When you continue to checkout, Square receives the payment and billing details you enter there. Shopframe stores the plan, checkout reference, subscription status, business contact details, and the campaign attribution connected to the signup; Shopframe does not receive or store your full card number.

What we do with it

• Respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site.
• Measure whether advertising led to a qualified inquiry or paid subscription. Purchase events may be sent to Google Analytics and, when a Meta campaign is active, Meta using a server-confirmed event; contact identifiers used for matching are hashed before they are sent to Meta.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Where it lives

Form submissions, attribution records, and account data are stored with our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, in the United States. Payment data is processed by Square. Analytics and advertising measurement data lives with the respective provider, such as Google or Meta.

Demo content

The example dealership sites hosted here (such as Redline Auto Group, Lakeside Motors, and Crown Motorcars) are fictional demonstrations of our product. Forms on those demo sites are functional for demonstration purposes and reach us, not any real dealership.
