A shopper who reads Spanish gets your whole lot, not a worse version of it.
Every Shopframe site is in English and Spanish from the day it goes up — every plan, no extra charge, nothing to switch on.
A second site, not a translate button
The Spanish pages have their own web addresses, so Google indexes and ranks them on their own, and each one is tagged as the pair of its English twin. A translate widget gives you none of that — it rewrites the page after it loads, where no search engine is looking.
Every page, not just the home page
Inventory with its filters and sorting, every vehicle detail page, financing, trade-in, about, contact. The navigation, buttons, forms and filters were written in Spanish by a person — not fed through a machine and hoped for.
Your own words stay yours
Your tagline, your story, your promises and your banner stay in English until you write the Spanish yourself, in the Site Manager, one field at a time. We will not machine-translate a dealer's own sentence about financing — that is how a promise you never made ends up on your website.
See it yourself
The same demo lot, both ways: Redline in English and Redline en español. Switch between them with the button in the header, the same one your customers will use. What other providers charge for this, and what we do not translate: Spanish dealer websites, compared.
A boat is not a car with a different photo on it.
Cars & trucks, RVs & campers, motorcycles & powersports, boats & marine. You pick your lot type in the builder above, before you pay, and the site is rebuilt in that language — every plan, no extra charge.
The measurements change, not just the labels
A boat wears out in engine hours, not miles, so the spec row, the filter, the sort order and the search-engine markup all say hours. A travel trailer has no drivetrain and no MPG, so those rows are simply not on the page instead of sitting there empty. A motocross bike has no odometer to read and a towed trailer never had one, so neither advertises “0 mi” — while a car genuinely sitting at zero still says zero. A car lot is unchanged — that is still the default.
Right nouns, right identifiers
“8 boats” and “Find your next boat,” not “8 vehicles.” The identity row on a boat reads HIN, not VIN. On an RV, Make becomes Brand and body style becomes Class. Both languages, English and Spanish, written the same way — not machine-translated.
The parts a search engine reads, too
A motorcycle lot publishes motorcycle markup; a boat lot publishes boat markup and never claims an odometer reading it does not have. The Craigslist and Marketplace ad builder writes the ad in the same vocabulary — engine hours and hull ID on a boat, no MPG line.

One live lot per type, all on the same system as the car lots: Harbor Point Marine, a boat lot; Mesa Ridge RV, running motorhomes and towables side by side; and Trailhead Powersports, a trail-country lot with street bikes, a dirt bike, a quad, two side-by-sides and a cargo trailer on it. All three are also live in Spanish — Harbor Point en español, Mesa Ridge en español, Trailhead en español. Compare any of them with Redline Motors — same product, different language for the thing being sold.
Harbor Point Marine, Mesa Ridge RV and Trailhead Powersports are fictional demo lots, running on the same Shopframe system as the car demos.

Straight answers before you switch.
Nothing is hidden behind a sales call. If the answer changes the fit, it belongs here.
01Can I keep my current DMS?
Yes. Shopframe accepts a CSV export from the system you already use, so you do not need to replace it to launch — and if your DMS can publish that export to an HTTPS URL, Shopframe pulls it automatically on a schedule you set. Legacy FTP-only feeds are not supported, and no certified DMS integration is claimed.
02How does inventory get loaded?
Add a vehicle by VIN (type it, or scan it with your phone’s camera) or import a CSV. Shopframe maps common export headers, and you can upload photos from a phone. Lite supports up to 15 units, Starter up to 50, and Growth and Pro are unlimited.
03What happens to my domain?
Any domain you own stays yours. Self-serve domain connection is not available yet; we coordinate the connection during launch so nothing changes until you approve it.
04Is Craigslist posting automatic?
No. The included builder creates ready-to-paste titles, descriptions, photos, and form fields for manual posting. We do not advertise automatic posting before Craigslist access is approved.
05Can shoppers text the dealership?
Yes, on every plan and at no extra Shopframe charge. Connect your own Twilio number in the Site Manager and texts from shoppers arrive as conversations anyone on your team can answer, with an email the moment a new one starts. Twilio bills you for the number and the messages, it is replies-only — you answer people who texted you first — and numbers supplied by Shopframe are not switched on yet.
06How do done-for-you edits work?
On Growth, you type the change into the Request an edit card in your Site Manager and our team makes it within 48 hours; the card shows when each request is due and when it's done. Pro moves those requests into a same-day queue. Lite and Starter include the Site Manager for self-serve updates.
07Can I cancel without calling?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and cancellation is handled from your account before renewal. Your photos, leads, customer data, and any domain you own remain yours.
