These terms govern your use of shopframe.app and, once we begin providing services to you, the Shopframe website service. Using the site means you accept them.
Shopframe designs, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses on a monthly subscription. Plan features and pricing are as shown on our pricing section at the time you subscribe. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You keep ownership of your business name, domain (when registered in your name), photos, inventory data, and customer leads. If you cancel, we'll hand over your content and point your domain wherever you ask.
Quotes from the site configurator are estimates and are confirmed before any billing begins. Nothing is charged through this website today. The demo dealership sites hosted here are fictional and for demonstration only; example figures such as trade-in estimates and payment calculations are illustrative, not offers.
Tools like the Craigslist Ad Builder generate content for you to post manually. You are responsible for complying with each marketplace's terms; we do not automate posting to third-party platforms.
We aim for the service to be fast and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
