These terms govern your use of shopframe.app and, once we begin providing services to you, the Shopframe website service. Using the site means you accept them.
Shopframe designs, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses on a monthly subscription. Plan features and pricing are as shown on our pricing section at the time you subscribe. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You keep ownership of your business name, any domain registered in your name, photos, inventory data, and customer leads. We can connect a domain you own to your Shopframe site; it remains registered to you and stays yours to point elsewhere. If you cancel, you can export your business data and keep your content.
Subscriptions are billed securely through Square at the exact plan price shown before checkout. Monthly plans renew month-to-month; annual plans are prepaid for the annual period at the price shown before payment. Optional migration or custom services that Square cannot include in the subscription checkout are only invoiced separately after you explicitly approve them. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your site stays up until then.
The demo dealership sites hosted here are fictional and for demonstration only; example figures such as trade-in estimates and payment calculations are illustrative, not offers.
The Craigslist Ad Builder and marketplace ad copy tools generate listings for you to copy and post yourself. The advertised service does not include unlicensed automatic posting. Any future posting integration would require the marketplace access and terms that apply to that dealer account. You are responsible for reviewing listing accuracy and complying with each marketplace's terms.
We aim for the service to be fast and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
