What happens after checkout?
Square confirms the subscription, Shopframe creates your account and first site automatically, and we email a one-tap sign-in link. You can add units by VIN or CSV immediately. When you are ready, we connect your own domain with you. Rebuilding content from your old site is white-glove migration: free with annual billing, or $999 on monthly, quoted before anything is charged.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Any domain you own stays registered to you. We connect it to the Shopframe site and handle the routing; if you leave, you can point it somewhere else.
How do I load inventory?
Add a unit by VIN (typed, or scanned with your phone camera), upload photos, or import a CSV export from your current system. Growth has no unit cap. Automatic feed support depends on the source; the advertised offer does not require a live DMS integration.
Is Craigslist posting automatic?
No. The included builder creates Craigslist-ready titles, descriptions, photos, and compliant copy for you to post manually. We do not advertise unlicensed or against-policy automatic posting.
Is this a full sales CRM?
Growth includes a practical lead CRM: every website form lands in one inbox with instant alerts and New, Contacted, Appointment, Sold, and Lost stages, and shopper texts arrive in their own inbox beside it. It is not represented as a full dealership DMS or desking system.
Can shoppers text the dealership?
Yes, and there is no extra Shopframe charge for it. Connect your own Twilio number in the Site Manager and texts from shoppers become conversations anyone on your team can answer, with an email the moment a new one starts. Twilio bills you for the number and the messages. It is replies-only — you answer people who texted you first — and numbers supplied by Shopframe are not switched on yet.
Can I email my past leads?
Yes. Growth includes email campaigns to the lead list the site builds for you — up to 5,000 sends a month, sent under your dealership’s name with replies coming straight to you, and unsubscribe handling built in. It is a follow-up tool for people who already contacted you, not a purchased-list blaster.
Does the site answer shoppers when the lot is closed?
An AI assistant is on every Shopframe site at no extra charge. It answers from your actual inventory and store hours only — it is not allowed to quote payments, promise financing approval, or invent a unit you do not have — and it points the shopper at the contact form when the answer needs a person.
Do you do Spanish sites, or lots that are not cars?
Both, at no extra charge. Every page of your site can run in Spanish at /es/ with the language switcher and search-engine tags handled for you, and you can edit the Spanish copy yourself. Shopframe also builds RV, powersports and marine lots, each with its own specs, filters and listing categories — engine hours instead of odometer where that is the right number.
Can I cancel without calling?
Yes. Cancel online from your Shopframe account before the next renewal. Your current paid period continues through its end, and your domain and exported business data remain yours.
